The third-generation Construction Works and Associated Services framework, including ProCure24, has now gone out to tender with an estimated total value of \u00a3120bn.<\/p>\n
The pan-Government deal, known as RM6320, will replace and consolidate several major routes to market for public sector building, infrastructure, defence, healthcare, nuclear and overseas works.<\/p>\n
It will run for eight years from January 2027 to January 2035 and will be open to central Government departments and the wider public sector, including local authorities, health bodies, police, fire and rescue, education, housing, charities, devolved administrations and international users.<\/p>\n
CCS has structured the monster framework across seven core market specialisms covering general construction, civils and infrastructure, offsite solutions, ProCure24 healthcare work, defence, international projects and nuclear jobs.<\/p>\n
These are further divided into various project sizes, further split into multiple regions for smaller value projects and just one firm for major projects nationally<\/p>\n

Lot 1 \u2013 Construction Works (General Construction)<\/strong><\/p>\n Lot 2 \u2013 Civil Engineering & Infrastructure<\/strong><\/p>\n Lot 3 \u2013 Offsite Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n Lot 4 \u2013 ProCure 24<\/strong><\/p>\n Lot 5 \u2013 Defence<\/strong><\/p>\n International \u2013 Overseas locations | open<\/p>\n Nuclear projects \u2013 1x UK delivery | 12 places<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The latest tender notice confirms the framework will allow call-offs either with or without further competition.<\/p>\n Suppliers will pay a 0.2% framework fee on charges invoiced under call-off contracts.<\/p>\n CCS said the eight-year term is designed to support longer-term supply chain relationships, investment, innovation and continuous improvement in line with the Construction Playbook and Gold Standard guidance.<\/p>\n The agreement will also absorb the next generation of the NHS ProCure route, with three England-only healthcare bands covering projects under \u00a350m, \u00a350m-\u00a3150m and over \u00a3150m.<\/p>\n Defence work has also been reshaped since early market plans, with lots covering general projects, South West defence work, maritime, airfields, United States Visiting Forces and defence nuclear.<\/p>\n Bidders have until 3pm on 4 June 2026 to submit tenders.<\/p>\n CCS expects to make award decisions on 11 January 2027, with the new framework due to start on 21 January 2027.<\/p>\n The framework is intended to serve central government departments and all UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, arm\u2019s-length organisations and SPVs, with coverage across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n Click here<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n
