Butler will lead the regional building arm as the contractor pushes ahead with its five-year growth plan and targets further expansion.<\/p>\n
The move follows a strong 2025 for the building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out specialist. Butler\u2019s previous role at Tilbury Douglas was managing director of Building Central.<\/p>\n
Tilbury Douglas has also strengthened the regional leadership team beneath Butler.<\/p>\n
Martin Horne has been appointed regional managing director \u2013 building north, covering Yorkshire, the North East and the North West.<\/p>\n
Richard Boeg becomes regional managing director \u2013 building south, while Kabir Salihi has been promoted to regional director \u2013 North West.<\/p>\n
