Construction is officially underway on the Turning Sun Solar Project<\/a> \u2013 a 100-megawatt renewable energy development near Estevan, Saskatchewan \u2013 after the federal government announced a $15-million investment through its Smart Renewables and Electrification Pathways Program<\/a>.
