The division of Yorkshire and North East has been named on the Major Works 2 Framework \u2013 the YORbuild Framework, which covers projects worth over \u00a330million.<\/p>\n
It is well to be noted that the\u00a0public sector procurement framework spans Yorkshire as well as the Humber region, North East, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire along with parts of Leicestershire, with a range of projects open to tender across a four-year term, with a choice to extend the contract for a further two years.<\/p>\n
Managed by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Leeds City Council, the framework ensures a regulated, open, and effective route to obtain major building works.<\/p>\n
The Yorkshire & North East team from McLaren\u00a0is an established team located in Leeds city centre and managed by Andrew Beaumont, the managing director.<\/p>\n
The appointment solidifies long-term investment of McLaren\u00a0within the region and encourages sustainable growth thanks to its diversification into the public sector, contributing \u00a3250m to its turnover in the previous financial year.<\/p>\n
