An NDA may be required at the start of the project to protect your company legally to avoid information leaks. An NDA or Non disclosure agreement is a document that is signed by a company or individual that prevents them from sharing information on a particular subject with others.
“Confidential Information” shall mean all information disclosed by either party (the “Disclosing Party”) to the other (the “Receiving Party”) in the course of the Discussions, including, but not limited to any trade secret, idea, invention, process, technique, etc..
