All relevant documentation and the material applicable to a particular section of work will be checked by the site engineer prior to the commencement of work
(Baseboard Installation) ensuring that these are of the correct type as reviewed by the Engineer. Baseboard Installation shall not commence unless the wall and flooring are checked by the Engineer for uneven surfaces and embedded items.
