Full Description
This template is used for nonconformity noticed by the Engineer or architect on a construction site. It shall be issued in order to notify the contractor of deficient or unacceptable work. Alternatively it can be used by contractors to issue to subcontractors.
Nonconformity will exist if the specification, drawings and quality expectations are not followed or met during the execution of the project.
