As contractors, site engineers, and project managers it is important to begin your phases of work and review your checklists for important items to remember. For quality and safe work, make sure you closed every item in the checklist.
This template is an example of a checklist before conducting concreting works that would be useful to avoid some future problems that may occur such as ff :

2. Wrong concrete cover
3. Wrong rebar positioning, spacing, installing.
Concrete installation is not nearly as easy as it seems. Correct reparation for everything you may need is very important before a single drop of concrete is ever poured onto the site, and this checklist will be a big help to you.
