Full Description
At the completion of a project it is common for the contractor to request that the consultants perform an inspection of completion. This is typically done through a walkthrough where various members of the owner, consultants and contractors will come together to verify the work has been completed in accordance with the contract documents.
Once done and everyone is in agreement, the consultants will issue a certificate indicating that the work has been completed releasing the contractor of any further obligations towards the project. This certificate of completion template can be used to issue to the contractor.
