When you prepare an estimate it’s important to identify what is included and what has not been included in it, especially if you do not plan on submitting the estimate detail. In order to identify what’s included in a construction estimate, an assumptions, inclusions and exclusions page can be helpful.
This Estimate Assumptions Inclusions and Exclusions page has been developed in Microsoft Excel and will help you to identify all of the line items included in your estimate, from the flooring type to the mechanical systems. The document is broken down by construction (CSI) division and includes an area for general conditions and overall estimate exclusions.
