Many large and small construction sites have hoisting involved. Whether it’s with a tower crane, a motorized winch, tower crane or derrick – hoisting involves lifting material from one area to another with a lifting device.
Hoisting requires that many precautions be taken such as a detailed inspection of the lifting device, inspection of the attachment mechanism and inspection of the area and environment surrounding the lift.
