Term:Low Iron

Low iron is a term used in glass. What it means is that there is low iron content in the glass. Iron is a component baked into standard glass and causes a green tinge. Having a glass with a low iron content eliminates the green tinge and makes the glass more clear.

This glass is often desired by most design consultants.
