As Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining a strong social media presence for UrbanToronto. Your role will be to create and implement online marketing strategies through all of our social media accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media posts, images, videos and stories
- Attend events and produce live social media content
- Assist with the development of social media strategy
- Encourage communication and participation on our social media profiles
- Establish and cultivate relationships with industry members and influencers
- Create and execute promotional plans for partners
- Generate reports showing social media growth
- Participate in site’s discussion forum
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in digital and social media
- Experience in buying digital advertising
- Clear understanding of metrics and ability to analyze in an effective manner
- Direct experience using Hootsuite
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to handle daily deadlines and tight timelines
- Knowledge of GTA urban development, architecture and real estate
- Creative, energetic and an entrepreneurial spirit is a must!
