The colours of Ukraine dominate what otherwise nearly seems like a black-and-white image from high above the Bloor-Yonge intersection in Downtown Toronto. Captured by UrbanToronto Forum contributor kotsy with his drone at the end of March, the city’s green canopy is still in hibernation, while a dusting of snow belied the “out like a lamb” adage normally expected of March. The One brings colour for the moment, however, with its very yellow crane, and bright blue weather protection panels.
