Power Curbers Companies acquisition of Miller Formless brings producer of mid-sized slipform machines into its stable of brands.
Power Curbers Companies recently announced its acquisition of Miller Formless Systems, a producer of mid-sized slipform machines based in McHenry, Ill.
Founded in 1970, Miller Formless has a long history of manufacturing machines that have served contractors worldwide. In joining Power Curbers Companies, which includes the Power Curbers, Power Pavers and Anvil American brands, the two companies expect their synergies to expand their product offerings while enhancing service and support for customers.
Miller Formless will continue to operate under its brand name as Power Curbers Companies says it is committed to preserving the company’s legacy while introducing operational efficiencies that will benefit customers in the areas of machine delivery, parts availability and after-sales support.

Power Curbers Companies was founded in 1953 in Salisbury, N.C., after manufacturing the world’s first automatic curb machine. The company produces concrete slipform machines used for paving, curbs, sidewalks, barrier walls, ditches and a variety of special applications under the brands Power Curbers, Power Pavers and Miller Formless.
