The Peak Group of Companies has announce that Preet Gill is the new vice-president and general manager of its subsidiary, Peak RSG Services, which for more than 15 years has been a leader in Canada’s home restoration sector. Since 2010 Peak Services has provided inspection services to Canada’s largest home insurance companies and restored thousands of homes damaged by hail, wind, rain, tornadoes, hurricanes and ice. With 30 years of progressive leadership experience, Gill brings a combination of strategic insight, operational excellence, and people-first leadership to her new role. She joins Peak following a distinguished career at The Home Depot Canada, where for nearly 20 years she held several senior leadership positions, including district sales manager, regional director of operations, and regional specialty sales manager. Over the course of her career, Gill has led large, high-performing teams across the country, managed large portfolios and consistently delivered strong results across sales, service and operational KPIs. As a district manager, she was responsible for the performance of multiple stores, driving strategic planning, customer experience, P&L management, and talent development. Her leadership played a key role in driving year-over-year growth and operational efficiency, while delivering a culture of excellence and exceptional customer experience.
