One Delisle, caught recently in the choreographed glow of night lighting, shows that we have a looker on the way here, but one that’s still awkward at this point; this is not enough. At least, not yet: it will be some time before everything comes together here and it’s ready for public scrutiny. My guess, the building will shun further spotlights for the time being, retreating to the working-through-it-all phase.
