Construction is set to start in the second half of this year at the former headquarters of Sainsbury’s.
Refurbishment will transform the building into a highly sustainable, contemporary office destination. Plans include the creation of new internal atriums, a reimagined ground floor and basement plus the addition of a new roof terrace.
