TORONTO — The City of Toronto announced Jan. 22 that the busy downtown intersection of King Street West and University Avenue will be closed for two weeks for watermain repairs.
King Street West is closed between York and Simcoe streets and University Avenue is closed between Adelaide Street West and Wellington Street West.
A tweet stated crews will work around the clock to complete the repairs as quickly as possible. No reason for the breakdown has been given.
