Fall arrest is the last line of defense in protecting workers against falls. Fall arrest is a term that encompasses the process of preventing people from finishing a fall when the fall has already started. A wide range of equipment and procedures exist that include but not limited to:

    • Personal Harness
    • Anchor point

Fall arrest procedures include proper tie off and anchoring positions as well having a rescue plan that allows people to be rescued once they’ve fallen.
