Dr. Mohamed Youssef is an Assistant professor of railway engineering, he got his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2006 from Higher Technological Institute (10th of Ramadan city), Master of Science in Railway transportation management in 2013 from Ain Shams University- Faculty of Engineering, under the following title "Optimal Utilization of Cairo Regional Underground Railway lines", then the (PhD) Philosophy of Doctorate in Railway engineering from the same university in 2021, titled by "Investigation on the manufacturing, installing and maintenance management of prestressed monoblock Concrete Sleeper".Also he is the Author of Technical office engineering book - Part 1 : Surveying and statements. Dr. Mohamed youssef published two papers in Scobus Scientific Journals as follows - “Optimal Design and Spacing of Mono-Block Prestressed Concrete Sleeper under Vertical load”, https://www.ijitee.org/download/volume-8-issue-11, S.N 667, (2019) - “Effect of Longitudinal Forces Due to Loads on Prestressed Mono-Block Sleeper Spacing”, https://www.ijitee.org/download/volume-9-issue-10/, S.N 23, (2020) He is also holding Master of Business Administration - Marketing Major from ESLSCA BUsiness School in 2023
