The Regency-style stucco town house scheme is being developed by Domvs and will consist of three blocks of four luxury five storey houses.
Ant Yapi is understood to have beaten rival bidders Ellmer and Ardmore for the prestige project.
The job is expected to cost over £60m and will see Ant Yapi deliver the envelope and full fitout of the 52 Avenue Road project, offering views over the Royal Park.
Basements and concrete frames will be delivered by O’Halloran & O’Brien.
