BILD has introduced a new way to help grow its renovator community: the Community Access Pass. The CAP is an introductory program ($500 per year) designed for individuals in the renovation industry to experience the benefits of being part of the BILD network before becoming full members (limited to two years.) CAP participants can attend all free events, access learning opportunities, and connect with experienced renovators through the mentorship program, which helps them grow their business and understand the value of being part of a professional community.
While CAP participants will have access to select paid and free events and mentorship opportunities, they will not:
- be listed in BILD directories or public searches;
- participate in RenoMark;
- have access to advocacy representation;
- participate in advertising campaigns, or;
- access full member deals and benefits.
The CAP is not a replacement for full membership; it’s a stepping stone designed to introduce new businesses to our professional community and, ultimately, guide them toward full participation.
BILD members are encouraged to refer colleagues to the CAP program. When a referral converts from a CAP participant to a full BILD member, the referring memberwill receive a $250 credit toward their next membership renewal.
