Kipling Station Condos continues to advance on multiple fronts, with the 50-storey tower from CentreCourt rising steadily while its exterior enclosure climbs as well. Since UrbanToronto’s last update in September, 2025, the concrete structure designed by B+H Architects has pushed well into the upper floors. Immediately north of Kipling station in Etobicoke, the development will be served by TTC, GO Transit, and MiWay connections within the intensifying Six Points area.
As of late October, 2025, Kipling Station Condos had climbed to 21 storeys above Dundas Street West, with formwork and perimeter safety screening in place as the 22nd floor began to take shape. Cladding is installed to roughly the 14th floor on the south elevation. Below, the three-storey podium presents for now largely as raw cast-in-place concrete, with white weatherproofing being applied at the east end. In the foreground, Hydro One’s new lattice transmission tower rises immediately west of the site, part of the corridor upgrade tied to the Etobicoke Greenway Project.
A late December, 2025 drone view captured the red concrete boom pump stationed near the northeast corner, while the white tower crane rises to the south. In the centre, vertical core walls and formwork extend above the surrounding slab, with additional formwork components staged nearby.
This close-up highlights the tower’s exterior envelope, where pre-finished aluminum metal panels in alternating darker and lighter grey tones frame the window wall system. Glazing is framed by darker mullions, with bands of louvres. The projecting balconies cantilever outward with angled profiles and black soffits, while slab edges are concealed behind black powder-coated aluminum. Glass balcony guards sit within slim metal frames. Vertical fins project adjacent to the glazing bays, one side painted orange.
At grade, charcoal-toned pre-finished aluminum panels now clad much of the south elevation of the podium, while yellow weatherproofing remains at the second and third floors. Along the podium’s west elevation, white weatherproofing has been applied, with sections of window wall glazing filling in framed openings. Above, the fourth-floor transfer level features exposed cast-in-place concrete columns, creating a recessed base condition. At grade, construction materials are staged behind perimeter fencing to the right.
In January, 2026, the tower had reached roughly the 36th floor, with the construction hoist climbing the northeast corner. Cladding extends to approximately the 29th floor, highlighting the stacked runs of projecting balconies that form continuous vertical columns up the facade, with sections being staggered at points. At the podium, glazing spans much of the north and west elevations. An inset third-floor balcony is visible on the right, and at grade to the left, we see the base materials, including black granite and black masonry panels.
This month, the tower has advanced to roughly the 38th floor, with cladding now climbing to approximately the 32nd level. Alternating bands of metal panels frame stacked columns of window wall glazing, with subtle horizontal offsets around the 12th and 26th floors interrupting the straight runs.
Upon completion, the tower will stand 159m and deliver 563 condominium units.
