Some areas of Toronto are so well treed that there are parts of town where you feel like you’re emerging from a forest — and that can be taking the exit from the Don Valley Parkway to Bloor Street, or popping out of the subway at Castle Frank — both dropping you in the same spot. Here, curving geometries from the sixties when both the roadway and the subway station were built are evident from above in this nighttime drone shot that emphasizes the fabricated amongst the natural.
