Promise Robotics, an AI company turning off-the-shelf industrial robots into autonomous production systems for home construction, has announced its latest 60,000-square-foot facility set to bring expanded deployment of housing production with AI-driven robots. To begin operation in the summer of 2025, the new facility will be able to produce up to 1,000,000 square feet 
of housing annually, giving homebuilders easy-to-use technology to produce homes faster, more efficiently and sustainably – harnessing Promise Robotics’ AI brain and robotic tooling to address housing shortages across Canada and the United States. Promise Robotics hopes to transform how homes are built. Through their Factory-as-a-Service model, homebuilders can increase their capacity by using simple off-the-shelf industrial robots to manage the entire production lifecycle, dramatically reducing the time it takes to build homes. In addition to fast deployment, Promise Robotics’ proprietary software can be redeployed, maximizing housing supply across developing communities no matter the build type.
