- Balfour Beatty Rail – Western Civils – £262m
- Dyer & Butler – Wales Civils – £150m
- JSS Rail – Western Buildings – £225m
- MPH Construction – Wales Buildings – £112m
It will run for an initial five-year period with scope for up to a further 3-year extension.
