The £1bn third generation framework has been split into 13 lots – six construction, six infrastructure and a single-supplier demolition lot for Merseyside.
The existing North West framework has supported 150 projects for 40 public sector clients across the region, ranging from local authorities, education providers, blue light providers, NHS Trusts and housing associations.
Faye Dolan, Framework Director at Procure Partnerships Framework, said: “Our contractor framework currently supports over 40 public sector clients and has been used to deliver more than 150 capital projects across the North West.
“As we move into the third generation of the framework, we’re looking forward to continuing that momentum, welcoming both new and returning suppliers to help us support the next phase of public sector investment.”
Bid weighting has been set at 70% quality / 30% price at framework award, with flexible splits allowed at call-off.
