Manga Hotel Group recently announced the opening of Toor Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt, in downtown Toronto. The upscale hotel was created by Canadian hotelier Sukhdev Toor and built by Skygrid. Toor, the president and CEO of the Manga Hotel Group, says the properly represents values Canadians are known for globally: hospitality and approachability.
Located in the heart of Toronto, the hotel casts a striking architectural profile, offering 232 guest rooms and suites, along with 181 premium residential rental units and an array of amenities within its 33 storeys. Designed to represent a gateway to Toronto, the hotel’s façade is adorned with copper-coloured circles inspired by the surrounding Garden District.
Amenities within the building include destination dining at the Muse Bistro + Bar, valet parking, a 1,500-square-foot fitness centre and yoga studio, a 3,000-square-foot southern terrace on the 14th floor, and an additional 1,000-squarefeet of meeting and event space.
