RESCON is hosting Housing Summit 5.0 “Embracing Transformation: building homes faster,” on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 12:00pm – 4:30pm. It is an online event. The association will welcome back Jason Mercer from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board as a speaker to present “Housing at an Inflection Point: The need to sustain our economy and provide options for buyers and renters.”
Mercer and the TRREB play a critical role in the housing market. In Jason’s session, “Housing at an Inflection Point: The need to sustain our economy and provide options for buyers and renters,” he will provide insights and statistical analysis. Jason will provide comments and background on the current state of the housing market in perspective to buyers and renters and where we stand. He will break down what needs to be done at this turning point to get the market back on track for both buyers and renters.
