Jesse Unke has joined MNP as a partner. A member of the company’s Advisory Services team in Vancouver, Unke is an engineering and construction executive with considerable experience in the industry.

A past three-term president and board chair of the British Columbia Construction Roundtable, Unke has held executive committee and board positions with a number of companies and organizations in the construction and engineering sectors. Recognized by On-Site’s 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction program in 2020, he has been a member of the judging panel for that program on multiple occasions. He was also named one of Engineers Canada’s 30 by 30 EDI Champions in 2022, and one of Canadian Construction’s Most Influential People in 2024.

In his role at MNP, he will provide infrastructure, utility and transportation project delivery and advisory services to technical and non-technical clients alike, helping with the delivery of the design and construction of their infrastructure, utility and transportation programs and projects.

With a passion for helping clients successfully execute business goals while developing and empowering high-performing teams and leaders, Unke is bringing his strong relationship-building, operational, strategic planning, finance and analytical skills to his new role where he will be serving a wide range of clients, including regional authorities, municipalities, utility owners, construction companies, engineering consultants and First Nations.

“Jesse brings deep experience as a construction and engineering executive and a PMI project and risk management professional, so our real estate and construction clients will benefit from his operational, strategic planning, finance and analytical expertise,” stated Alan Cosgrave, managing partner, B.C. Advisory, at MNP.
