Untitled Toronto and The Corner on Broadway (formerly 100 Broadway Avenue) continue to approach completion side-by-side in Midtown Toronto, both projects designed by Arcadis for developers Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties. Untitled Toronto’s 26- and 37-storey towers stand out for their semi-serrated balconies, while the 39-storey The Corner on Broadway at Redpath Avenue offers a rectilinear design at 39 storeys. UrbanToronto last provided an update on both in August, 2024.

Looking southeast from Erskine Avenue in November, 2024, the north and south towers of Untitled Toronto are seen on the left. The north tower has reached its mechanical penthouse visible above the step-backs on the north elevation. To the right, The Corner on Broadway, (partially obscured behind the tower crane for Akra), features similar step-backs on its uppermost levels.

100 Broadway was given the marketing name ‘The Corner on Broadway’ in September, 2024, and the program to get it leased up by renters has begun. Looking east along Redpath Avenue in November, its rectilinear form features black precast panels and light grey glazing spandrels.

To its east, the Untitled condo buildings are still growing. Looking northeast across Broadway Avenue, Untitled Toronto’s south tower, now standing about 35 storeys tall, is looking more distinctive as glass balcony guards are being applied to more floors. Designed in collaboration with Grammy-winning artist Pharrell Williams, its balcony edges take the waveform from one of Pharrell’s songs, Gust of Wind. Light bounces differently off each panel depending on its angle, making a distinctive ripple effect.

Looking up to the northwest from east of the towers, these elevations of the two towers also feature the parametric design.

Looking west down Broadway Avenue in January, 2025, Untitled Toronto’s towers are nearing their final heights. On the north tower (right), glazing is progressing on the mechanical penthouse, enclosing the uppermost levels. To the left, the south tower’s residential floors are fully formed, with construction now focused on its mechanical penthouse section.

Untitled Toronto’s towers will rise to final heights of 89.4m and 121m, with 858 units, while The Corner on Broadway stands at 121.35m with 448 units. The buildings are two blocks to the northwest of the upcoming Mount Pleasant station on the Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown LRT which hopefully will open later this year.

UrbanToronto will continue to follow progress on this development, but in the meantime, you can learn more about it from our Database file, linked below. If you’d like, you can join in on the conversation in the associated Project Forum thread or leave a comment in the space provided on this page.
