Avari, formerly known as Yorkshire Choice Homes, has been established for just over a decade and has constructed a number of developments primarily in West and South Yorkshire.
It forms one part of the newly established Avari Homes which also incorporates Avari Partnerships, Avari Construction and Avari Civil Engineering.
Jason Begg, Managing Director, Avari Homes said: “The Yorkshire Choice Homes brand has served us well since 2015 and our new name will allow us to move into the wider Yorkshire region whilst retaining our current team, values and delivery approach.
“Our additional brands acknowledge some of the core operations we have undertaken during that time and as we have grown and developed, now was the right time to establish them as service led brands in their own right.”
In the next five years Avari Homes has ambitious plans to construct 1500 units across the entire Yorkshire region. Additionally, the aim for the Engineering and Construction parts of the business is to achieve a turnover of £25m within the next five years.
Avari Partnership is a new brand created to focus on its affordable housing projects whilst Avari Construction focuses on the renovation and construction commercial properties. Avari Civil Engineering carries out civil engineering schemes for businesses across a variety of sectors.
