Sheet metal or plastic tube hollow structures that carry air throughout a complex for distribution in a heating and air conditioning system (HVAC). Ductwork is typically round, rectangular or square shape and is hung from structural members above using rods or support angle. Ductwork can be insulated both interior (For acoustics) or exterior (for environmental).
