Sinan Celebci is a freelance senior civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the water sector, specializing in infrastructure development, technical assistance, capacity building, construction supervision, and operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems. He has a bachelor's degree in dam design from Istanbul Technical University, and certifications in project management and Microsoft Office. Sinan has successfully led and delivered complex and challenging projects in emerging countries, funded by international financial organizations such as the EBRD, EU, ADB, WB, and AFD. He has worked effectively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including governments, municipalities, contractors, consultants, and beneficiaries, to improve their access to safe and sustainable water and sanitation services. Sinan's passion is to contribute to the living conditions and the environment of the communities he serves by applying his technical expertise and project management skills.
