Hi there,
We’ve recently started an office fitup for a client, we’ve typically been doing residential work so office partitions are new to us. Any feedback or suggestions on best practices for office partition installation?
Thank you!
Kathy 🙂

Hi Kathy,
Definitely watch out for the levelness of the floor. Many of the typical office partitions have extremely tight tolerances (1/4 / 1/8″ over 10′) so your floor needs to be bang on. Consider including levelling in your estimate.
Likewise, the above ceiling likely will need blocking in order to support the tops of the partitions.
Those are the best pieces of advice I can give right now.
